Runway look 1. A perfect example of the collection's "sober but slashed" looks that are rich with contrasting textures on dark surfaces. Slashes slice diagonally through the fitted dress and are inset with black georgette creating a play of dark transparencies on compact, matt double-face wool that attractively moulds and contains the body with a bit of stretch. The sheer veiling of the tight-fitting georgette sleeves and upper body, as well as the thigh-high slit running up the right leg reveal a touch of punk that simmers beneath a surface of refinement.
